After having the second refund request i find myself forced to put this rule.
We do not refund anything. If we open the refund possibility then we will become hostage to ranks and to money.
But unfortunately other technical and business reasons make refunds not possible.
I recently restricted/banned a patron, he requested refund after my action, and the refund was not granted.
This is to say, that in no case we do accept refunds.
If we did not live up to your expectations, we will do our best to do better, send us a message and we will try harder.

Yeah, I agree. Donating to the forums and obeying forum rules are two different things. You shouldn't just be able to do whatever you want simply because you donated, the rules should always be paramount. Otherwise, just like admin said, the forum can always be held hostage to people with money, and that is unacceptable.

It's still very important to obey the rules and responsible of what we are doing so we can't encounter any problems.
