Following the rules for making a post also needs to be considered so that it is not blocked by the moderator. Many people make posts too short and are later deleted by the moderator. Commenting well is also very important, no bully if there are beginners who comment on the topic or not.

First in every company you were working have a rules need to follows. Here on Altcoins Talks have a rules to follow too. By posting a quality posts they are giving you a points which means you have a wonderful and quality posts on the forum. Just like they said short message is need to be reported on the moderator, be careful to avoid minus points.

It is easy to earn points here on altcoins, all you need is to post and by posting you can earn also a points. That so easy, but always remember that you need to be careful on what you been doing, there are times that they did not give you points basing on your posts. They need a quality posts to earn points.

If make quality post on every post can make you dizzy, at least, be avoid spam, short post, unethical behaviour, out of topic answer,etc.
Agree with op, "be friendly", to avoid negative trust.

The way is very easy for you here, provided you are not lazy and take your time to do this. You only need to post posts that are useful for forum members, whether it contains information, questions and statements. The most important positive post. Is it only me had the same question as this but exploring on my own just to find answers?. Since earning points is through posting then i'll just remind everyone and myself when we are earning points and post count also increasing. Well this is only to remind everyone especially those who's always askinh about rank.
Earning points = increasing post count
increasing post count = ranking up
ranking up=rank requirements
rank requirements= Newbie - 0 post count
Baby Steps - 10 post count
Jr. Member - 20 post count
Full Member - 60 post count
Sr. Member - 120 post count
Hero Member - 500 post count
Legendary - 1000+ post count

I think the most common way to earn profit easily is to investing in day trading but its risky for now considering that the market is too weak.

Be sure that your post is helpful. Do not make a nonsense post, if ever, put them in the right place like in off topics of your own primary language. Read and follow the rules properly and if you please the moderators by your work, you'll receive a good karma and it makes sense when it comes to the pointing system. Being friendly is also a must. :)

Cannot get points and increase in awards quickly here. Because all need process. On the other hand it is true what you say, we cannot copy other people's posts or comments in this forum. That will have an adverse effect on those of you who have copied it.

I see some members with jr member ranks with high points, how did they do that? I have nearly 60 post upon writing this and points is very low and I do not know why.

The way to get points quickly is always to make as many posts as possible and make good comments that are Informative and most importantly positive. Do it regularly every day, then you will get a lot of points and increase your ranking in this forum.

It is very easy for someone to earn points on this forum as all you need to do is just to keep posting to increase your point but that does not mean that your post should be of a bad quality, your post should not be too short and it should not involve copying and pasting to avoid being penalized.
