We do hold because we think or we trust this token that we have, maybe in months or years of holding on that token it will value 5x in the near future.

Literally it means holding,HODL is just another abbreviation for hold which stands HOLD ON DEAR LIFE and it is being widely use by the holders in the community,especially those people who got trapped in a certain coin or those long term investors who bought longterm coins and doing anything at the market but to hold their coins.

Basically we sell the tokens right after we received because we knew it would not not go further in crypto life.

I often hold coin when trading, I do it because if sold I will loss. considering the purchase price is greater than the selling price. so I hold it while waiting for the price to go up. for profit

Yes I agree on that, if we are going to make HOLD we can maybe get the right timing on selling with the correct price. I believe that if we are going to sell on the right price the income that we maybe get on it is really amazing, so then I believe that it is really important to hold for good.

The coins that we hold means a lot in our future. We don't like to hold meaningless coins but we hold the meaningful and potential. Seeing the future of bull run with the coins that we own specially if we bought nice coins, definitely we will hold until hitting the mark.

Yes the other reason why we just do hodl for long time investment is to getting maximal profit in cryptocurrencies especially for the coins which has big potential in the future, we can see the people who held bitcoin since 7 years ayo they have made large of money right now and their whealty was grow up than before.
