've been monitoring the market for a couple of months now. Most of the coin value rely on the price of Bitcoin. If the BTC price goes up, every altcoins will follow and if it will goes down, the price of every altcoins will goes down as well. But the question is, Bitcoin price/value is still going up but the price/value of every altcoins especially Ethereum goes down. How did this happen? Any logical or scientific basis to explain this. As of now, I am still confuse.

when bitcoin grows, all coins grow when it falls, they also fall, but some critics say that when bitcoin falls, altcoins will rise, but I didn't notice it
-
Hmmm, I am also confused like you mate. Maybe the Altcoins are waiting for bitcoin to maintain a wide gap before they also set out. For instance in last year, bitcoin's price arose for more than a month before the Altcoins followed.
-
Yes I observed this trend too but I think the whole market is back to red. Let's observe it once more when the trend reverses once again

We cannot separate the fact when bitcoin goes up there will increase for sure. When bitcoin decrease there have decrease in the market. This is the reality regarding the trend.

This might be due to the bear market, investors or bounty hunters will rather sell their altcoins into btc for safe keeping in such a market and not keeping them in a volatile altcoins.

Mate, i think that there are know logical or scientific bases to explain this situation, and i advice you not to be confused or worried because, Bitcoin has been the driving force to the crypto world. It looks obvious that this trend may remain this way for some time to come.
Everyone look on to bitcoin for the future of crypto especially the Demand and supply principles which has great impart on the growth of cryptocurrency as a whole.
I think Bitcoin is the king and when the king fluctuate, it affect others likewise. I hope we have a rival coin in the future that could stand on it's own irrespective of the prices of other coins/ token even Bitcoin.

but from now on it will be different, I see on Bittrex that many Altcoins are starting to rise in price and Bitcoin has decreased in price

There is no new money coming to the market right now.
Bitcoin has some upcoming news like "etf getting approved, blabla is going to use btc..." however these news are only getting attention around us.
People are selling their alts to get more btc, that's why even ETH is falling.
