There are many ICO is running at the same time. Maximum ICO can't be success. So, if I invest in any ICO and if they can't be success then what will happen with my money? Will they give me back me my money or not? I am so confused. So, please kindly inform me.

if the #DevelopmentTeam is honest, your money will be returned, because how else should the ICO fail to meet softcap sales.
but if it's not honest then your money is run away by the #DevelopmentTeam , that's the weakness of ICO (unfortunately)

Thats why the answer totally relies on the team of the ico. That is why, it is better to know first its team member composition if its a legit team or not. Because even when they didn't reach its softcap, you are relieved that the team will surely return your funds invested.

I think We must be carreful to choose and invest in ICO. If the project is very interesting , I think the ICO will success.

Depends on who the team is managing the ICO. if early the ICO intends to deceive investors (scam), money that you invest will not be returned. I've seen some ICO failed to softcap sell, some investors' funds were returned and some were not.
Before you invest in an ICO, it is recommended that you first recognize the ICO rating will be successful or not. Maybe one of them is from the team, a product logic (physical product or not), whitepaper, ICO community and others.

I believe when an ICO fails its motive the investor’s money should be refunded. But we see nowadays that some ICO is launched just to decieved investors and run investors money to hiding. We must always do our own research if the community that we join are healthy community.

If the projects of ICOs are really real of products and company behind the ICOs they will gives refunds to the investors, but if there are no company on the ICOs, they will takes all of the money from the investors and won't give refunds, that is why i don't make investment in ICOs without learning more about the ICOs projects.

I have experienced some cases of ICO fails. Some projects decided to refund the money of investors. And other ended with no announcement. Yes, it is true, it depends on the team of the project itself. But I think for the fair way is to refund the money from investors.

I have seen a lot of these situations, and all the time money are being returned to investors. Those who don't are scams and they need to be reported on this forum.

it is very confusing, because I think there are a lot of less good ico, and if ico fails it can be ascertained that our money will be lost.

there are no such a thing dude,except you are going into a lawsuit.
based on my own experience,when your project did not reach the softcap they will run away with it.
except a legitimate project,if you are joining it.
they will hold another ICO in the future with a different kind of system,such as Donation and something like that.
but at the first week and month they will try to do something to their sytem first and do that later on.

If they are legit but they couldn't collect amount that is needed to start the project they will give back your investment.
If they are scammers they can run away with your money. There's no regular law for this situation.

Your money will be refunded if the ico project fails to achieve a minimum target of softap. this happens on all ico projects unless you participate in ico scams.
