The only common denominator for all men is death. All other things stratify all men into various divisions

Biologically, yes, all people are the same. But in the social sphere everyone has his own rights. Some people have more rights and privileges

No, not all people are equal. We see that there are rich people and there are poor people. The state can not equalize all citizens
