Title: What are the ETFs bringing to us?

Thomas Lee, founder of Fundstrat, said that Bitcoin ETFs are not as important as the rapid recovery of Bitcoin prices following the fall in prices.
I see the price of bitcoin rise a few times before the day the ETF decision is passed or not. But disappointed that it was delayed and bitcoin prices continue to fall

because of the effect of the set of ETFs, Bitcoin dropped in price.
