I as admin of this forum am offering an escrow service with actionable releasing,

that means i can release the escrow in several steps based on specific conditions to be met.

I will accept the escrow request on a case by case base, i can reject if the conditions of releasing are too complicated.

I charge between 0.1% to 0.3%of the sum i need to escrow.

Escrow services are now very much needed because it is very helpful to protect the need for non-face-to-face trading between sellers and buyers to reduce the risk of fraud that might occur.
