I don't think it's gonna happen because of the high value of bitcoin compared to fiat money.  For example 1 BTC is 5k USD, that mean 1 USD is 0.0002 BTC how do you think they print for smallest change?

In that case,  Bitcoin will no longer be a digital currency.  Its original purpose will no longer serve. A different system will be created if it will become a physical money

I won't use it because turning Bitcoin into paper or form like gold is just making Bitcoin change to the past.

Bitcoin is created to change the financial system in the form of paper and copper metal, that's where we will see the function of Bitcoin.

It wont ever happen, and even if it did, I wouldn't use it.  Having physical bills sort of defeats the entire purpose of it in the first place.  It also doesn't really account for the massive price fluctuations either.  Retailers will have a difficult time using bitcoin because of that alone.
