Title: Are most projects scam?

Most projects are not scam but rather there quite some number of projects which become unsuccessful at the end of the ICO because of several reasons which may include lack of expertise from the team and inability to reach both soft cap and hard cap.

Yes I Ythink too many projects iare scams. We must be carreful.to choose the project.
