The practice of bounty managers hiding their spreadsheet from participants is becoming rampant. They hide their spreadsheet and pay bounty hunters penny, which I think is a lack of integrity and it is totally uncalled for.
I have participated in like 3 bounties in the past where managers refuse to make the spreadsheet available to hunters. They all paid ridiculous amount. I got tokens worth $18 for 3 contents that I created. I believe this is exploitation and it have to stop.

Just try and select your bounties more carefully, most of them are a waste of time now. Even the decent ICOs are under-performing, so it's not surprising that the value of the rewards is low. I'm guessing $18 wasn't the implied value of the reward, but the actual value once it hit the exchanges.

Choose bounties then that shows the spreadsheet so that you can monitor your progress. If the spreadsheet is hidden then the managers just don't want the participants to complain each week not being given any stakes and they just want to address those complains all at once when the campaign already ended so that all issues will be properly addressed.

I will leave any bounty as soon as a spreadsheet is not shown without any announcement. That is the beginning of cheating from bounty managers.

1. Reason for hiding - Protect participants from identity theft. In the past when all spreadsheets were public, i have seen many complaints of identity theft and I have been a victim of this. having said that, the FINAL spreadsheet should be made public and allow bounty hunters a few days to raise issues with their total stakes.
2. Bounty payments are not the decisions of bounty managers. It is the core team that decides how much will be allocated for bounty. The task of bounty managers is just to compute the allocations base on your earned stakes.

Yes this is a new case by hiding spreadsheets. looks not transparent. There may be changes in allocations without knowing the bounty participants.

I also have participated in a bounty that was recently concluded and paid. The spreadsheet was locked bounty hunters did not know the stakes allocated to them but payment was made.

I don't attend bounties without the spreadsheet. Even with the spreadsheet I check every week if my stakes are given. Sometimes bounty manager can be tired and miss yours

It would be too ridiculous if you want to participate in the bounty campaign that the bounty manager hides the spreadsheet containing the stakes allocation. Better find a new bounty campaign than to stick to that campaign.

Sometimes, I also do feel the same when we think that we really get inappropriate rewards for all our works. mostly when the bounty manager cheats us. But, we must know is there any reasons why the BM decide the rewards or not. There are also still some good BM that always give the good reward amount. I think it depends on the BM itself. Just be patient and keep moving by studying which BM is good to participate.

I believe that bounty manager's should not hide the spreadsheet and this should be transparent by the participants such that they could monitor the weekly stakes if they had complied the post requirements weekly. I think that it is not right for the bounty manager's to do such thing because it had made bad reputation on the bounty manager side that handles the ICO campaign.

I agree mate. I also will leave any bounty as soon as a spredsheet is not shown. Because too many bounty is scams.

I also don't know why the Bounty Managers now hide spreadsheets and pay penny hunters. What is clear is that the Bounty Managers today are different from the first, whereas we as members of the campaign are also very instrumental in promoting and Promoting their Bounty. I think this must be addressed and if it stays like this, it's better not to join the Bounty Campaign.
