for me whitepaper it's like last step in reviewing ICO, I don't read it full, just scan all necessary information, you can learn how to do it.
read clearly all related to the product, check roadmap, team.

For me, whitepaper is the face of an ICO because itbis where you can find necessary information about the ICO. In it, you cann see their roadmap, the members andthe explanation of how their project can be obtain. So we must read it first before we decide in joining or investing in an ICO.

2- it needs blockchain usage
3- has a potential good market/target.
So I spend lots of time reading whitepapers before investing in a project

From white-paper I got understanding of project, of it's perspective.
If the project is fair enough, it has quite understandable white-paper.

Yes, It is true. I think too many projects are scam. You should read the white paper of project and learn it.

I've read some. And most of them have similar structure and elements, however, it's the solution, team and tech that really matters. Do thorough research instead of just reading the document.

Whitepapers can use be taken into consideration when we want to take part in the ICO. because in the white paper there is an explanation of the vision and mission of a coin. and in it is not just a vision mission but involves a technology design that will be used etc.
