I have seen a lot of rumors out there they are saying next bitcoin is a Litecoin it possible?

Litecoin cannot replace the position of Bitcoin in the next 3-5 years. But all possibilities can occur. But in my opinion, the heavy competitor of Bitcoin is Ethereum. Ethereum is already widely used for trading. This is different from Litecoin, which is still owned by a few people.

Basically, the price of coins depends on demand and supply on the market. If demand on the market for Litecoin is very large, I think the Litecoin price can only offset bitcoin prices.

Actually the next bitcoin can be any other cryptocurrencies including litecoin but for right now i am doubt about that based on the capitalization of marketcap and mass addoption to be used for real life.
We see right now many people choose bitcoin than litecoin to be used as instrument of investment and we know bitcoin is still number one in cryptocurrencies space.

Litecoin is best coin and good technology nowadays many places accepting litecoin payment system so future will litecoin more popular. But litecoin is not equal to Bitcoin I think Bitcoin Will continue to be the top.

For now, I don't really think LTC or any other alts can be the next BTC. BTC usually dictates the market movement wherein alts always dependent on the rise of BTC. LTC is too far yet to replace btc and I believe the next in line if in case btc will no longer continue, it should be ETH. My thoughts.

No way, guys. Litecoin is Bitcoin’s fork and it has really a few differences like algorithm of transactions’ speed. To replace BTC and become the world’s #1 currency, the project must be entirely different. Ethereum has all chances to do it but Litecoin is too weak. The thing is BTC and LTC has the same goals – they want to become the worldwide payment system. ETH works as soft platform and has more opportunities for developing. But as for me, Bitcoin will be at the top all the time, like gold in Middle Ages.
