Can anyone guide me regarding investing in new upcoming genuine and promising ICOs ? I have heard that in that past year 85%-90% of ICOs were scams, failed projects, duped many peoples of their investment. So before investing in any ICO, I needed some guidance regarding it.

It's true. in the ICO every day new projects appear. but most projects are scams and fraud. preferably before you choose a project in the ICO you must first examine the Project that you will choose, ranging from finding out the Team, marketing strategy, type of project, legal basis of the project, and so on. You can check in many sources in other forums.
