"Rewards in dollars (Payeer or AdvCash)", could you explain more about this? It should be great if people can earn in dollars by participating in Tartaria project. But unfortunately it seems Tartaria only provides signature campaign.

Can I participate on signature only for 2 or 3 weeks ?

Yes, you can join the signature company. Payments will be made within weeks when you carry signatures
