Title: I don't remember my mercatox account has been verified or not

Hello,
I want to ask.
1. Do I need to verify my mercatox account ?
    I mean, do KYC verification is required ?
2. What is the difference between kyc-verified account and non-verified account ?
3. I don't remember , I have been verified or not. There is no kyc submission on my profile anymore
