Is anyone using this exchange? Are you satisfied with it? Some advantages and disadvantages? Need some information about this exchange.

Hi Yes i am using Kucoin
So far it is good . I am in Telegram Kucoin Official Group and Admin ( Customer Support ) give response well as well as they will guide you all if you have any issue in Kucoin Back office .

Kucoin is a relatively new exchange, with many growth expectations. They launched their trading platform on August 13th, 2017 and have acquired over 2 million international users.
They are originally from China and moved to Hong Kong after the crackdown. Since then Kucoin has seen a steady growth.
They have more than 180 trading pairs with BTC, ETH, NEO, USDT, KCS and BCH.
With a 24 Hour Volume of $46.727.751 USD Kucoin is ranked 28 at the exchanges.
Kucoin is known for its good customer service with a fast reaction on support requests. They have a 24-hour telegram support chat.
Kucoin regularly has promotional activities, such as now ONT for NEO holders. In addition, like Binance, they give GAS for holding NEO. They have the same strategy as Binance. A low fee (0.1%) and an own currency: KucoinShares (KCS). Kucoin shares 50% every day or trading fees with holders of KCS.

Yeh it's a good exchange, I moved over to it from Crytopia for small cap buys. The volume is a lot more tolerable as well.
If you're looking for good exchanges I'd recommend Kucoin and Bibox, these both seem to be listing some hot properties at the moment in my opinion, at least before they are snapped up by the likes of the bigger exhcnages.
The key factor with Kucoin (KCH) is it replicates Binance (BNB) model of discounted trading fee's paid with the exchange token, and this is why people think it will become as successful as Binance. This is also why I mention Bibox (BIX) as it utilizes the same model as Binance and Kucoin but is newer.
Notably I find Binance very slow to use, their platform is very heavy and the servers are generally weak, whereas Kucoin's trading platform I find great but some account features (particularly deposits feature) is in incredibly slow. Whereas Bibox, the smallest of the three, works out the box (no pun intended).
It's also no surprise that the bigger the exchange the slower it works.

Kucoin is nice but the thing is their volume not good enough. When you ordered for trade sometimes it can take hours to fulfill. On the other hand, they are listing new coins almost each day. This is great.

I am a user of Kucoin as well.. In my experience, the site is good no problems so far. The only problem is the lack of trade volume.

Kucoin is relatively new but I found their support far superior to the more established exchanges.

I use Kucoin a lot for trade in relatively new coins. I like the look and feel of the site, although on mobile it's very slow. Never had any issues, so yes I do recommend Kucoin.

It's a nice exchange, slightly better than Binance with some good trading pairs.
