I bought bitcoin on coinbase with my debit card. Their fees seem really high to send the bitcoin. I'm looking for a cheaper place so that I can trade my bitcoin for altcoins. I'm a newbie myself, there's a lot to learn.

I bought Bitcoin by using my ATM card on the local Exchange, because my country is open to Cryptocurrency and friendly to itcoin.

If you use credit card, you need transfer your money to exchanger that available for fiat currencry, and for paypal, you can find exchanger that availbale buy with paypal. Just transfer and wait confirmation

My advice is better to buy bitcoin with a credit card. You can go to the exchange and buy bitcoin there. Some of the exchanges that you can find are Coinbase and Coinmama.

I don't know how to buy bitcoin with paypal, so I suggest you buy with a credit card. You can register and verify your identity. After that, select the payment method and bitcoin will enter your wallet.

I would like to suggest go to the country where they have ATM for bitcoin. There you can buy and trade bitcoin. Where it is? Please try to search it in google
