Title: Viuly not giving away earned tokens

so i signed up to this viuly to get some free tokens,
then when requested withdrawal, they indicated that i need to have at least 100 to withdraw
when i reached 100 after several referrals and so on ...
Now they indicate that i need to have a higher rank to withdraw ...

Obviously this could have been communicated easier, and still more details are needed ... how exactly you achieve a higher rank ...
