Title: How do you think blockchain can benefit healthcare?
Post by: hiramehar on August 26, 2018, 06:11:58 PM

So with blockchain technology growing and adoption coming quickly, we are obviously going to see large industries like healthcare, banking, and law enforcement begin to utilize the strengths of blockchain.

Curious your thoughts on how blockchain could benefit the healthcare industry and why.

A great use case that I can think of right of the bat, is protection of patient data, making it immutable once stored.

Storage of patient data and exclusion of full possibility of falsification of data and their changes in the future. I think it's important.

Add to that the anonymous sharing of medical data for research. This could help thousands of lives. There's an ICO that just concluded that deals with that, check out Grapevine World.

I think, it is a good breakthrough if health enters cryptocurrency, there will be no expensive medical expenses, and complicated administrative costs. because there are so many people who wash money just to make a profit, even though the money is for medical expenses, but instead is taken away.
if later health really uses cryptocurrency, it can reduce the number of money laundering.
