ICO is more of a fashion than a necessity.Now all and Sundry spend the initial placement of coins, so much scam in the market.This industry needs regulation.

Today, a huge number of ICO do not carry something new with them and for the most part are simply useless. While there is still a fashion for them and people believe that this can make money - projects will appear more and more deception. It's a way for smart people to make money. The fundraising ends and in most cases the token does not even go to the exchange, and yet the tokens do not reach the buyer. Be careful not to get involved in projects that are not interesting.
