for beginners if comments should be:
1. If you have a brief discussion you can do 2 ways with replays or with a quote
2. If the discussion is very long almost half tread or one tread, don't comment with the quote, because later it will look like spam. Better with replay

A good post so that all members are better at commenting. I myself rarely quote for reply comments. I often use @name to comment on one of the member comments here. Is that also permitted?

@prime, I often see comments like that. And I myself also use that method to reply to comments. So I think this doesn't matter as long as we can answer questions and not violate the rules.

There is a option to mention people in comment or post. If you can't do that then you can use this method as its not against the rule but not the proper way for doing the job.

Totally agree with your idea but I think that it'd be better if you capitalize the first letter of each sentence. Some people do not have this habit or even have the habit of capitalize all letters of the title. Somehow I think it's a sign of disrespect to readers (or maybe I am asking too much).

Of course it's acceptable. But unlike you, I prefer quoting since it makes my post more visible and linked to the post that I am replying to. I only quote the necessary part and delete the rest to avoid making my post a wall of texts.

You need to post positively acoording to the quesgions you choose and it must be 70 words to to be counted at your posts

This is a very good information but I think I am not among those that are likely to have problem with this because I don't usually quote to reply on any topic, I rather use the option of put @ before the name of the person that I want to reply to his post because I feel that way is better.
