Is it possible to low the fee of transaction of btc?
Is there a best time to do the transaction to have a lower fee?
What drives to the price of fee to increase?

- As far as I know, I have to use a third party, such as a shipping transaction application, but it's dangerous because I'm afraid of sending your Bitcoin wrong.

- all the time is the same in this world, when you send Bitcoin is the same for the cost.

- more and more requests and the bigger the Bitcoin that is sent, the transaction costs will increase.

You can wait to do your transaction for a low fee when there is less congestion like in the night or week ends or check https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx for best transaction fees that will  suit your need.
