Is it true that facebook is banning all advertisements for cryptocurrency, including Bitcoin ? but why?

I think The big companies like facebood shouls accept or create new crypto currency. Because It is the future technology.

As of now don’t think there’s something like that cause I haven’t come across any article about it. Will be glad if you could provide links to such article cause crypto advertisements is still going on on Facebook.

You were late about the news as it was happened at the first quarter of the year 2018. Facebook can fully impose whatsoever they think perfect move to promote fb as good medium of communication and scams does not have place.

They banned advertising for random ICOs, mainly to protect users.  There are a lot of ICO scams out there and people on facebook are significantly more gullible than most.  I think it's overall a good decision for crypto in general, as all it takes is one scam to basically make tons of people hate it.
