When is better to buy crypto, on pre sale or on ICO? When you buy on presale, you can get good bonuses, however when you buy on ICO you have a better gurantee not to be scammed.

It's up to you, because you have the choice, I can only give advice. Look for this problem, you better buy coins instead of at ICO, because there are lots of scams in many ICOs and many projects are scam. If you buy Coins, it's okay to buy them, but you should also pay attention when buying them, try to lower the price of coins so that the price of coins is cheaper. And when prices rise, that's your chance to sell them.

If you've done enough research to be considering investing at the ICO stage, you might as well get at least some of your investment in at the pre sale stage. Like you said, there's normally better bonuses, mainly because it's accounting for the additional risk, so split your investment between the two. Seems to be the sensible(ish) way to do it.

A good ico project will definitely have time for pre sale before ICO. this will make it easier for the project to get the maximum number of buyers during the sale of their tokens.

I prefer buy on presale , because we will get bonus. But we must be carreful to buy it. Many ICOs are scams.

I don't need ico sales if the project fails or hasn't reached the softcap. it only makes the ico project fail later after being on the exchange.

Dominant will choose at presale because they will get a bonus above 50%. That's what I see in every ico project. but the fact that the project is listed on the exchange is likely the price will decrease by 80%. So it's better that I wait when the token is listed on the exchange.

It will depends on you which one are you going to invest on their stages. But for me most of the time I like Pre sale because of some bonuses their giving.

This will now depend on your risk appetite. It is a case to case basis for me, depending on how I see a certain project.

If you have done your due diligence and took into account opinions of other credible ICO/Crypto personalities (not blatant shillers), the chance of getting scammed in pre-sale is extremely low. But yes, high bonuses from pre-sales (or even private sales) are sometimes game-changers.

Actually, it is still no guarantee to be not scammed even in ICO. You may know it is not a scam when ICO has been over successfully and bounty hunters or investors get benefits from it. I will suggest you to buy on pre sale for more discount. I believe you can analyze it very well which coins are potential.
