Some investors are too lazy to read around on their own. They invest because the project has been hyped. That shouldn't be the case. You have to spend time and do your own research about any ICO you want to join.
-
Nothing eye opening about this, but a decent point all the same. There's a lot of investors, especially those new to the market, that do minimal 'research' and expect to make big bucks. To be honest, I'd steer clear of ICOs at the moment and look towards more established coins, there's so many out there at great prices at the moment. Neo specifically is at an amazing price, but there's plenty more too.

ICO's were presumably schemes. The best that we can do as investors, were to do our own research and act responsibly. Study diligently the white paper and most importantly be on the look-out of the projects team. The projects team is the entire heart of an ICO's operation. They should consists of people who were known and respected in their own respective fields and really good at their job. If we find this kind of people in a new ICO, that project will be worth the investment.
-
Yeah, that's true. Experience is a very important thing to help us be successful in investment. We know about the characteristic of good or bad ICO through experience.
-
Yes, that's the most important thing before joining the ICO project. learning the purpose of the project through white papper is easy to do.
-
So true. I agree with you. If you do not want to be disadvantaged in investing because of your carelessness then you should first examine the ICO Project that you will invest. The most important thing is not to be lazy in investing and checking and researching the Project. If you invest in an ICO project that is wrong, then the consequences are your own.
-
I also see many of the same questions every day, about whether the coins are good. They should be busy doing research on which coins are potential. But they hear too many words here, even though that is good. But it's better to do research and find out for yourself about the altcoins to buy.

It is really unfortunate that there's truth to this. Sooner or later they will learn a hard lesson about investing.

the best invest is at tech, the second best is buying alts coin that was hype and on bear trend, the third best is buying bitcoin and wait for the next 20 years :)
-
Doing your homework before you invest in any ICO is a must if you does not have a plan you plan to fail even if you can be lucky for a few time but sooner or later you will meet your doom.
-
I agree with you completely, but you should always start small, some learn quickly, some people are slow, the main aims and study. ;) :)

Invest wisely and honestly in doing something. Indeed, most investors make the wrong decision to invest because they are lazy to read and find out the project or coin they want to invest. It would be nice indeed to be researched before investing, because if it is wrong then the consequences will harm them as Investors.

It's really important to research that you are sure of your step. There are many ico projects that have not been successful because of the lack of investors or scams. It's hard to believe now. We have to look or visit their road map and whitepaper.
-
So true. Invest wisely by noting some aspects and projects that you want to invest. If you are lazy to find out and research projects at the ICO, and you immediately invest. So for me it is very dangerous, because the project could be a scam. That's why don't be lazy to do something, because everything in the Crypto world is important even though it's just a comment like me.

many investors are trapped and lose most of their money because they only follow the advice of others. I also think that to be a good investor we must choose and do our own research on the coins that we will invest.
-
True, doing your own research is better and is a form of independence to better understand crypto, and it is better to strengthen confidence in crypto and not easily panic with the collapse of the market. Crypto investment is very risky and research is very necessary.
