This is a funny question because it can be answered on two side.
first of all we have these highly sophisticated criminals who rob or steal monies or engage in high profile activities. With them they have the technological know how to use cryptos in their dealings thereby making them elude the security of the banks in case they are making a huge transfer of money after a successful operation. If they were to make this transaction in the bank there is the possiblity of them being caught. But in the case of bitcoin and any other altcoins, transferring money on the crypto platform does not need the services of central banks hence they can make their transactions safely without being caught.
But let's take a look at these robbers on the street and those who don't have any knowledge in bitcoin. An individual could be very rich but yet might not hold much fiat currency on him and so in the eyes of the robber such a person is broke and therefore they don't need to waste their time on them. If most people were to get into the using of bitcoin or any other coins then finally the robbers in that area will come to a final conclusion that the city in which they are is broke therefore they need to relocate leaving the people in peace. if this situation was to happen in several places then you can be rest assured that the robbers will go broke out of lack of operations and finally get something better to do.

First of all I don't know how true your first claim is, that it was criminals who adopted Bitcoin, and secondly even if that was to be true it doesn't necessarily mean they got rich at that time or now. Anyways we have to know the kind of people who are HODLing the large chunk of BTC and that will help us draw a better conclusion

It is too hard to predict that question because no one knows can answer exactly.But on my own maybe because other criminals are poor and did not know about a digital or cryptocurrency but the other criminals are rich people that have financial or the other one is they have a agent that free to go on or roaming and knew about currency to gave a supply of needed on criminals.

Sadly to think that criminals can provide another way to use bitcoin in illegal way. Deep web is not for simple person because it is all for elite about that system. Only people who have access of that are the big one's.

This question is dicey. Everyone has the chance to get along with an opportunity that promise to solve financial crises in the world. If you are smart enough to carry along with the opportunity and it realizes fruition, it doesn't matter whether you are criminal or not, you will be more richer.

I will only believe this if you can provide us any link that can support to this statement. Of course we couldn't deny that criminals can make money in bitcoin since it is decentralized but the possibility without a proof will just only be an assumption.

Criminals successfully use dollars and drug dealers also prefer cash. The media exaggerate the negative information about Bitcoin to blacken it, and people start to believe it. We all know why they do it.

I think maybe to a small extent it did, but criminals don't really need other mediums of currency to make money. It probably made it slightly easier in some ways, and harder in other ways. I know it was probably a huge hassle to try and talk other criminal organizations to trade with BTC instead of cash, since as a new concept a lot of people consider it just a flash in the pan and will be gone in a few years. Other than that, I don't think it gives criminals any extra advantage different than having vast sums of cash on hand would. Having lots of money always seems to be advantageous in any situation, and crime is likely no exception.

I am not sure but maybe ,but we can't call them criminals if they were just investing or maybe some of them are our investors.I think they just wanted to help because they know that our government will not accept this cryptocurrency that maybe one of the reasons why bitcoin made them richer or more powerful, but they just wanted to help the people.

Actually I don't have any accurate info regarding this matter but it is possible because bitcoin is decentralized. Everyone can be the next millionaires whether criminals or normal citizens. I hope the criminals won't do anymore offensive action so that no more innocents will die because of them.

I don't think also that criminals are the first user of Bitcoin. In fact Bitcoin aren't made for them. Just like fiat they used it as a medium for their illegal deeds. These criminals are already rich because of their business. Bitcoin maybe helped them not easily caught which may made them richer. But sooner or later, they will be slowly caught.

I think bitcoin is a great invention. See every invention has good and bad side. For example dynamite.. Dynamite was invented by Alfred Novel.Dynamite is now using for both good and bad purpose. Though it is a great invention. As same as bitcoin is also using like that..but to prevent criminals we must stop their production of products or services not the bitcoin..If we stop these activities, then there will no criminals to use bitcoin.. But this is our bad luck that we couldn't do that.... :'( :'(

When we say dark web we can absolutely find out uncommon information stored. Criminals can do negotiating but I don't think that bitcoin is their main source to support their plan. There are other ways that they couldn't be trace such as something illegal.

When we say decentralized it means no government presence in it. Bitcoin is decentralized touch me not by the government. There is a possibility that criminals got rich because of bitcoin but still we can't pin point them for no records about bitcoin.

First of all I don't believe it's true the criminals took hold of Bitcoin in the early stages. Even if they did
that, they would've done so to facilitate transactions and not to hold. Those who held and are now rich are those who believed in the technology that it'd stay for some more time.

actualy bitcoins is not been used in in some illegal activities likes criminals ,drugs,ISIS funding or become services over the dark web,maybe there's is instances thats it can be used in crimes,because its not legal,but there is no proper proof thats it can be connect to illegal activities.

At least if Bitcoin made criminals filthy rich, they should be less likely to look for ways to steal someone else's hard earned money, rather sitting on a beach in the Caribbean somewhere. I doubt many criminal masterminds made a fortune, the whole point of it for them was to spend it anonymously, so unlikely any amassed a huge fortune, although I'm sure some must have done with the law of averages. I heard about Bitcoin about 5 years ago, but unfortunately never did anything about it.

There have been a lot of stolen cases, and it will happen. But there are similar cases for fiat currencies as well, so we need data to compare it. Crypto currency contains a lot of security elements and most cases happened because of user based errors.

I guess so, but we don't know the truth, and I never visit the dark web because I heard from my friend that on the dark web, we need to very careful. But I know that bitcoin price is making many people getting richer because they sold the bitcoin at the high price in December last year. So I only the truth about that.

I agree when bitcoin is able to make someone rich. because I have found evidence of it. but to the subject can make criminals more powerful, I do not understand this. If it is true it is, certainly is unfortunate.
