I have not read any significant news that would directly affect ethereum's price.
The decline is probably an effect of bitcoin's movement.

I also have the same question as you.
From day to day prices continue to throw away and people hope it will be the last decline but Ethereum continues to make the lowest price.

What happened in Ethereum right now is Ethereum is declining but yes it's natural - it's natural that going up and down is like the price of an item sometimes rises sometimes it's down it's normal but if it goes down it's actually an opportunity to invest

I guess this is part of their strategy to have more investors during this event. Moreover, in the right time ethereum price will come up again in to the highest level that seems like bitcoin.

in my opinion this is a natural thing because the decline in prices is not only experienced by ethereum alone followed by other coins including bitcoin

The decline is probably an effect of bitcoin's movement.

Another possible reason for the recent drop is that a lot of those ICO projects are now cashing out.

I think the contineous dropping of price in Ethereum are due to some investora sell their coin and transfer their investment to Bitcoin as they predict they will have a better profit on Bitcoin.

This could be another reason. Many prefers to dump ethereum to ride the expected bounce in bitcoin.

what happened at ETH today I don't know, but look, almost all cryptocurrency experienced the same thing.
I am sure, the worst price experienced by ETH is a sign towards the best ETH this year, soon, maybe it can reach up to 2000 USD, if indeed this decline continues, we can only wait, when it will rise, always update Latest price news is the best solution so as not to miss.

I think Ethereum is a very bad time now. Because Ethereum now costs $ 224 and Ethereum's highest price was $ 1448. So it can be said that there is a very bad time for Etherem now.

Ethereum is not going to die anytime soon, but the panic sellers are going to fell really stupid when the bounce hits and they realise they sold the bottom.
At this stage it feels like whales are driving down ETH to shake out all the  holders with no understanding of market cycles

Maybe this is because a lot of companies have held ICOs and sold Ethereum on their ICO results so that ethereum prices are getting weaker.

I think, not only ethereum. Apparently, this year is a bad year for Crypto. There are too many negative issues, so that greatly affects crypto market conditions. Hopefully this, will pass soon

Currently the price of Ethereum is decreasing drastically, but I will be faster and lighter because it is a coin that has a potential.

Yeah, i agreed with you, 2018 has not been favorable to the entire crypto when compared to 2017. As for ETH, obviously, this is just the worst sinero i have seen, the price trends going down to all time low of lesd than $200, as at the time of writing this post is uncommon with ETH. I hope it recovers very fast.
I think this situation may be normal and it may also due to Bitcoin price fluctuations plus market demand & suppy rule that are playing out this period in my opinion.

price decline is not only experienced by ethereum followed by other coins including bitcoin. According to me, this is a common occurrence in the world of commerce.

The price of Ethereum artificially understate the more I other can not say. The price today is already 190 dollars-the following positions for stops-180, 170, 160.. This is not the end, but today it is better not to invest in Ethereum in my opinion as you can buy it even cheaper. After the turn of the market you will see how it with the same force will fly to heaven.

We can all say that the ethereum is now falling but we don't have to be afraid about this thing . This was a normal status and we already face it before this is not the first time that every popular coin in crypto fall down. It is because huge dip is really a normal thing. Nobody holds the price of crypto coin it is only depend on the volume of investors.

It means nothing to me. It is just the support pushing the price back where it was before the crash happens. It does mean there will be a bull run or anything. It is just the support doing its work.

Ether price has been declining mostly for two reasons:

1. Firstly, the introduction of a new BitMEX - ETH perpetual swap contract, which allowed traders to shorten the price of ETH with up to 100x leverage in a similar manner like the XBT (BTC) BitMEX contract. Although this has not been confirmed, this statistic has led to the speculation that the arrival of the contract allowed pessimistic investors to weigh down on the price of ETH.

2. The ICO sell-off factor, with many traders claiming that projects have begun to liquidate their war chests, that are often full of Ether, into fiat, leading to the current collapse of the market, not only ETH.

The chances are it would bounce back quickly and its just for the short term.
