I am noobs in crypto, and I am still keeping my BTC in our local exchange. Can someone suggest me the easiest way to create an online wallet. I want to have a control of my own private key.

There are many sites that offer free wallet making online. Try coinbase, because this coinbase is very popular. Many people use this wallet, including me. The registration method is also easy, you will only be asked for a mobile number.

Go to Google or Youtube to get the wallet information you need. Because it will be too long if I write it down. Or try what our friends recommend on this forum. But not all suggestions will suit you, so find out and decide for yourself.

I prefer wallet hardware because the wallet has a high level of security. But for beginners, trying an online wallet like a coinbase suggested by a friend here is enough. Because wallet hardware prices are quite expensive.
