In my country, mining of ethereum is still profitable even when ether is trading at the price of 200$. So it depends upon the price of electricity in individual's country. In my opinion, mining of other coins, specially micro cap which are still not famous is more profitable.

ETH already has a good value in market. Mining such a coin ould be very difficult and would take lots of resources just to get few coins. Mine other coins that do not have much value since most may be insignificant now but would gain stands soon
