We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
-
I think it's very difficult to do that. Bitcoin is more dominant in every market and bitcoin holders are more than altcoins. more users believe bitcoin is like investing in gold.
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
I'm not sure that will happen. It's possible if there are coins that are better and have technology that can be used by everyone. Crypto enthusiasts will be interested if there are coins like that.
-
It is hard to stop following the bitcoin's price as the altcoin is created because of bitcoin.
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
Altcoins will stop falling in price after bitcoin, when bitcoin will lose its high level of capitalization. This is what gives him the opportunity to dominate the price over the other crypto-currencies. Bitcoin lost its level of capitalization from 94 to 32 percent, but recently rose to 50, and now the level of bitcoin capitalization is 55 percent.
-
Yeah, Just like what the others said it's really not possible to altcoins to separated from bitcoin, It's like a bind that you will never break.
-
Bitcoin has a big influence on the price of altcoins. Altcoin will stop following bitcoin if the price of bitcoin has soared. If the increase in the price of bitcoin is still low, I think Altcoin will still remain silent in their position.
-
If an altcoin used by a certain project or ICO will become a trusted and profitable one like bitcoin, maybe it can independently stand and not following bitcoins market trend. But, it seems so hard for a developer to have an excellent project that can win more investors and users in the long run.
-
I think bit coin just can make increase 3 to 4 time this year. But altcoin can be more than bitcoin, it can be 10 time grow up in price. The price of bit coin was to high.
-
I don't think this will happen anytime soon, except if some altcoin truly overcomes bitcoin and gets to #1 place.
-
Altcoins will stop following Bitcoin when any of them will become more powerful and stable. Now nothing is somehow close to Bitcoin that's why it is the main crypto and all the others are connected to it somehow.
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
Bitcoin is so high demand, today The market is red. Maybe at the future when the price is more stable and altcoins are so popular, altcoins stop follow the bitcoin price.
-
Only when BTC is not available on crypto market anymore.I think it's impossible cause bitcoin will always be the king and the best crypto currency,so all other crypto currencies price will follow and affected by price of BTC all the time.I think there is no way to chance this fact.
-
Yeah, Just like what the others said it's really not possible to altcoins to separated from bitcoin, It's like a bind that you will never break.
It can be break once bitcoin is really dead nor altcoins will be avoid in crypto. For now it is difficult to separate altcoins from bitcoin influence.
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
I suppose this will happen in the future, as of now the weight of bitcoin is still quite heavy in the crypto space. For altcoin to stop depending on bitcoin at the moment the chance is very slim.
-
Take away anybody of this and also the possibilities for that project to succeed is extremely low, except for American state the foremost vital is that the developers, if the project is sweet it'll not have a tough time attracting team members and community to support it, it'll warranty success if the platform is actually sensible and also the community will use it.
-
If exchanges will add fiat pairings to more altcoins, that will probably start price independence of alts from btc.
-
it's true that all altcoins follow bitcoin, but I think if the altcoin doesn't follow bitcoin it will be a very good thing in the development of altcoin prices.
-
I think it'll come when there is a new coin which replaces bitcoin to become top 1 cryptocurrencies. But it's difficult because the community have high belief in bitcoin
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
The altcoins will stop to follow bitcoin if the bitcoin has disappeared. Altcoins depend on bitcoin because of bitcoin is the first coin or like the main coin in cryptocurrency. To be honest, I don't see a chance for altcoins to not follow bitcoin.
-

This makes sense. Since a lot of altcoins do not have fiat pairings, traders tend to sell their holdings for BTC everytime bitcoin falls. But if traders have another option (fiat pairing), then they might not mind what's happening with BTC.
-
Actually that gonna be hard. If all altcoin will be paired with USD since USD is stabel I think all altcoins wouldn't have to lose more than 10% even I the bearish market
-
I don't think that will happen for now. These altcoins are paired with Bitcoin and they are highly dependent on Bitcoin which caused them drastically reduce in prices in the market
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
For now, altcoins will still follow bitcoin as it is the major paired aside from eth in the market. Maybe if some projects will overtake it maybe eth is contender, dogecoin, or litecoin.
-
It is not related with the market. If a coin wants to move in a different way than Bitcoin, it should have real life applications. For example, BNB is doing this. Price changes can happen all the time since there are still bulls and bears, but everybody can understand that BNB is following another path from all other coins.
-

The altcoins will stop to follow bitcoin if the bitcoin has disappeared. Altcoins depend on bitcoin because of bitcoin is the first coin or like the main coin in cryptocurrency. To be honest, I don't see a chance for altcoins to not follow bitcoin.
I am with you. Altcoins will always depend on the bitcoin as it has relation on their pairs. Bitcoin is the major pair of most altcoins, it causes the altcoins prices follow the price of bitcoin. This will continue lasting, I believe in this.

I am with you. Altcoins will always depend on the bitcoin as it has relation on their pairs. Bitcoin is the major pair of most altcoins, it causes the altcoins prices follow the price of bitcoin. This will continue lasting, I believe in this. The fact that these individual altcoins have different teams, findings, models, and utility gives them enough reasons to be valued on their own merits. They follow their favorite.
-
Bitcoin impacts the cost of altcoins. Altcoin will quit following bitcoin if the cost of bitcoin has taken off. On the off chance that the expansion in the cost of bitcoin is still low, I think Altcoin will in any case stay quiet in their position.
-
Only when BTC isn't accessible on crypto advertise anymore.I believe it's unimaginable reason bitcoin will dependably be the lord and the best crypto currency,so all other cryptographic forms of money cost will pursue and influenced by cost of BTC all the time.I think there is no real way to risk this reality.
-
Bitcoin couldn't be denied as the main coin in crypto world.
Wherever it swings everybody will follow.
This a little fact about the connection of bitcoin and altcoins.
Having some bitcoin and hold until moon is better strategy.
-
Altcoins will quit falling in cost after bitcoin, when bitcoin will lose its abnormal state of capitalization. This is the thing that offers him the chance to overwhelm the cost over the other digital forms of money. Bitcoin lost its dimension of capitalization from 94 to 32 percent, however as of late rose to 50, and now the dimension of bitcoin capitalization is 55 percent.
-
It is possible that never, and maybe this will happen, but not at all, only time will tell, so you have to wait!
-
When???
When Bitcoin will lose own dominance. And this could happen if there will be a solid and best project of if we enter again in a bullish market with a new fresh fiat money flow. 8)
-
This will probably never happen, because bitcoin is a cryptocurrency forefather and all other altcoins want to be like bitcoin and under different conditions will always depend from bitcoin.
-
I don't think all other altcoin will exist without bitcoin, you can see that in the past few weeks bitcoin price was very down and other altcoin price fall because they can't grow without the up rise of bitcoin.
-
Bitcoin has a big influence on the price of altcoins. Altcoin will stop following bitcoin if the price of bitcoin has soared. If the increase in the price of bitcoin is still low, I think Altcoin will still remain silent in their position.
-
I don't think or see alts not following the btc trend as it determine the price and and performance in the market , btc value is pair with every other altcoin which makes btc more valuable than alts and also determine it fall and rise.
-
I think this will never happen in next future, bitcoin has a big dominance (more than 50% of market) in terms of capitalization.
-
Never. Think for yourself Cryptocurrency = Bitcoin. Most of the money is concentrated there, which means that the whole sphere is subject to its movement.
-
it's true that altcoin has always been following bitcoin, but I think if the altcoin doesn't follow bitcoin it will be a very good thing going forward.
-
I feel it is a little strange, why people want to see altcoins stop following bitcoin. They should know that it is almost impossible since altcoin like the main coin in crypto. Personally, I have no problem with the way of altcoins prices depend on bitcoin rate.
-
I am not seeing the possibility of altcoins stop following Bitcoin, because more countries trade Bitcoin to it's Fiat currency.
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
almost all coin having pair with bitcoin.
so price always follow bitcoin price.
but if altcoin can cut this pair, and paired with usd/euro i think. altcoin will never following bitcoin price.
-
The question is, why is that? There is always a leader and a follower, so be more lenient to this situation.
-
I think altcoins will always follow someone. It can be Bitcoin or any other project with a dominant capitalization.
-
All alts are related to bitcoin, well, almost all of them. Most of the coins or tokens doesn't have real life connections, so their price is very related with the mother of all coins, which is BTC.
-
For this to happen first of all the crypto market should be stable and prove everyone that it is here to stay for good.
Projects should have real-life usages to be independent of bitcoin, right now they are only like domain names which don't even have a website on, just like the 90s...
-
We all know that all the altcoins follow the price of bitcoin , but when they stop following it?
I think they won't stop to follow Bitcoin since Bitcoin becomes the number 1 coin in crypto space. Bitcoin is like a gold in cryptocurrency, and it is the biggest pair for all coins. Because of these reasons, It will be hard for altcoins to separate from Bitcoin.
