What I know about a legitimate new project is Gemera. This project is managed by Sylon. As far as I know, Sylon has successfully handled similar projects like CEDEX with diamonds and JINBI with gold.

Currently there are no promising new projects. The crypto market greatly affects the sale of the ico project. But there are several successful ico projects with the concept of exchange and investment.

See my signature ;D It is a really interesting and promising project. Now is a very difficult time for start-ups, why it's very difficult to find a good project
