I am very sad for all that Vitalik Buterin said like that, as he also did not believe in the price increase of Ethereum.
But I hope Ethereum will continue to work with a new atmosphere so that he can raise the price again as in December 2017.

The way I see it, he really wants the ethereum to evolve as a better platform. He is more into the technology rather than the value of the cryptocurrency.

Vitalic is realistic and look at real and concrete aspects of Ethereum, price is not the only thing to look at, ETH blockchain continues to develop and improve... it still remains one of biggest and concrete project in crypto

It made me sad to read this, but he's probably right. 1000x gain days are probably over, but there are some (or many, who knows) projects that could do 100x.

I totally agree with you because Ethereum is not an Altcoins but Ethereum is a more valuable value than a coin.
I learned a lot from Ethereum, how was it so vital for Vitalik Buterin to work on MyEtherWallet etc.

100X is still better than the Ethereum value because it is still considered an advantage.
Hopefully next year Etheruem prices can rise again in price, because I also have some Ethereum in my wallet.

I think this is not a sentence for etherium. In my opinion, Vitalik just wanted to emphasize that there is a hard work to do to unite all the cryptoresources connected by the Etherium platform, and until this happens high growth should not wait!
