What is the smallest gas price you have input and how long will it take to transfer your cryptocurrency to another wallet address?

if I ever have the smallest 1 gwei gas, and it won't take long to get to another wallet, about 5 minutes, but when the ETH price is still cheap as it is now, eth is expensive like the 2017 gwei decree I have included about 1000. hopefully useful and help to add insight.
