A lot of crypto users claim that crypto is replacing fiat. Well, it doesn't appear to me like that. Both crypto and fiat have their individual uniqueness which makes each one strong in its own niche. Crypto and fiat will coexist to maximize the provision of enhanced payment methods. Remember, the Fiat has got the legal backing of the governments and it is also the final exchange pairing of every cryptocurrency.

I agree there is bro Domethra, because the position of FIAT will not be replaced, and the rate of cryptocurrency cannot be stopped, and the reason for cryptocurrency is still running is to be an alternative currency after FIAT, and be a complement between the two to facilitate future transactions.

You are right. Crypto cannot replace the Fiat. Fiat can be used in every sector of business in our life, while crypto still has limitation. Fiat aslo is a legal payment instrument that is permitted by governments. Crypto is not fully accepted yet by all countries around the world. That is the reason why I think crypto isn't replacing the Fiat.

Well, the idea of crypto replacing fiat, time is the only answer to this debatable question. Lets wait and see

I think beginning of the cryptocurrency boom, Bitcoin seemed to be the unquestioned leader. Up until early this year, Bitcoin accounted for the vast majority of the industry’s market capitalization; then, in a span of just weeks, Ethereum, Ripple, and other currencies rushed to catch up. While Bitcoin is still in the lead, the rapid turnover in the industry has some analysts debating if cryptocurrencies are actually currencies. Some are predicting that even bigger changes could be ahead. Among them? The idea that cryptocurrencies could come to replace cash entirely.

It could happen. But for me it will be difficult for Crypto to replace fiat money or real money in this world. I think it will take a lot of struggle and time for Crypto to prepare all that. Of the many countries, there are still few countries that still legalize Crypto as a currency, but that can be expanded again in the future. So the conclusion is Crypto will be able to replace fiat, but it is difficult and requires a very long time.

I don't think it can. Fiat will be always needed by all people. The function cannot be replaced by crypto. Although crypto can be used as a payment instrument, its effectiveness is not better than fiat.
