Was the Telegram ICO even open to the public at any point? Not sure it's worth including on the list when it's only institutional investors that have been involved so far? In fact, the top 3 are all a bit dodgy, especially as EOS has been running their ICO for a gazillion years. Didn't know the figures though, crazy numbers. I like Dragon and Huobi though, got small investments in both. Was tempted by Bankera, but didn't have the funds (still don't  :'( ) to get involved.

What indicators do you apply to determine the best ICOs in 2018? Is it only based on the total raised funds they got? I suggest you to add a little description or explanation about "how you can state it to be the best ICOs".

So does a lot of people that have invested . IMHO a lot of people that invest and bought electronic value ( well lets not deny that electronic money can be bought at post office in form prepaid visa/mastercard ' DEBIT ' card)  but not mainly but as tiny percentage and they did it due to FOMO like -  I sold my house and bought bitcoin and  close to ATH which does not reflect to good light in mid term perspective even with justification BRO I WAS HODLing BTC SINCE 3YRS. Now those people that also probably have bit of apple stock Microsoft IBM maybe mining companies probably some tesla … etc are just waiting to see what will hatch out of this egg . PRICE OF BITCOIN is depends on miners and right now the cost of mininbg to brake even is 6 k usd  so IMHO it will not drop below 6 k long term but the simplified mechanicm of ICO=IPO gives opportunity to raise funds much quicker and cheaper which is very positive. Id guess that BTC price will be raising steadily due to mining cost relation with occasional bull runs and so called ALT tokens/currencies will equal to shares in company and the market will dictate value of that share depending on demand for that particular service and the obstacle of volatility also be solved by some sort of stable coin solutions  as in example https://ico.vreo.io/files/vreo.io_whitepaper.pdf . SO in overall any significant moves in market capitalisation and ICO market investment valuation will reverse the decline it will be noticed by "rumors" of already successful ICOs that brought their "SEEDERS" returns here and there in a thread post article TV interview etc. SO calm down and carry on

it is absolutely true that this is the best ico in 2018, and it is very good to be used to invest in the purchase of ico tokens, and I believe it has good potential.

I only consider EOS as a good ICO, the rest is unnecessary for me. WANchain was a good ICO as well...
Most of these projects fall behind their ICO prices.
