Title: $ 250 for investment, choose ICO or altcoin?

I think it is too risky to invest in ICOs because there are many ICOs that are scam and investors' money is mostly stuck in the ICO.

I prefer Investing in Altcoin. Because it's true like what you say. That in the ICO there are so many projects that are scam and there are so many investors who are victims and feel disadvantaged in investing in the ICO. So I feel comfortable for all my friends to invest in Altcoin alone

I agree with your opinion, investing in ICO is indeed very risky, I will choose to invest with Altcoin because the price is very affordable and the prospects for the future are also good.

You better choose Altcoins that have been tested on the exchange. Because ICo is now lacking in trust.
Then you can buy Ethereum because Ethereum is now at a price of 200 USD.

It's better to invest in alts right now,  specially they are on sale right now.  Alts that has big volume and support by the community and affected because of the price of Btc versus USD . Why not buy ETH or Neo, ada , iota these are very good projects.

I chose altcoin, especially altcoins that have top 10 rankings. Investing in the ico project is very risky because we will not know how the condition of the coin or the ico token is in the market.

I think it's good to invest in altcoin because some ICOs do not succeed.Now the price of all altcoins has decreased.So it's good to invest now.

$250 is pretty decent but you shouldnt be looking for a faster income,you need to learn a lot about the cryptocurrency universe before you will be able to get good results,learning the basics would be a good start and should be done properly.

This situation altcoins are best for investments. Still many best altcoins price are too low so this is good opportunity to buy altcoins . icos investments are not safe this situation.
