For most of 2018, Ethereum (ETH) has fallen, and fallen, and fallen some more.

Since the year began, it fell from around $1,400 to less than $200.

if you have ever read the news about the founder of eth, namely the vitalik buterin, he said that eth would not be able to reach the point of its highest price again, I forgot what the reason for vitalik was to speak like that.
but right and wrong I always believe, that there will be hope that the return of eth prices will be at the highest price, only when does that happen? I do not know.
