Title: Does Altcoin price depend on BTC or ETH??

Since most of the alt coins are traded with BTC or ETH. SO I think altcoins prie are dependent on the price of this two.
What is your opinion please share.

Yes, Altcoin prices are "tethered" to BTC and ETH as these are the main trading pairs as you say. Until fiat options (particularly USD) are more widely available, this won't change much. Then again we have USDT and TUSD but still the crypto market is predominantly led by the pack leader.
