Ofcourse it is!
Nowadays, I notice most of bounties have strick rules, making bounties more organize and I like that Bounty Manager requesting Proof of Authentication to limit scammer .
It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.
-
Is indispensable,
If don't tighten the rules, there will be many fraudsters who use multiple accounts and do it with bots, and there will be a lot of losses gained by users who join.
-
as a bounty hunter, we must read the rules that exist to be able to get a stake. we can study it well because it is very important. don't let our time be wasted by working on the bounty without getting a paid because of our own mistakes.
-
Strict rules is needed while joining any bounties. The reason why is, a lot of people now are trying to enter or invest on bounty that is legit. Time is needed and also it needs quality peeformance to do such thing. We need strict rules to avoid frauds.
-
Of course it is very important that the rules being implemented must be obeyed, so that we will not lose anything. for us it is also a very important thing that we can hold in a project.
-
For me, the first thing I do before joining a campaign is to;
1. If there is any restriction that is against my account, then
2. Fully Go through the rules of the campaign,
2. check if my rank is accepted.
This are the major things I go through....
-
the rules in a bounty are important and we must obey it. we know that doing a bounty campaign is not an easy thing. we must obey the existing rules to be able to get a stake. we also have to be careful when choosing a bounty so we can get a legit bounty.

It is a right way to order participants requesting Proof of Authentication. Scammers or cheaters are every where, it should be anticipated by strict rules. This may minimize the number of them. We can see which one is a real participant by doing this. I support the regulation applied by the bounty manager.
-
Strict bounty rules is a MUST since it helps minimize scammers. The rules should also be fair, reasonable and crystal clear.
-
I think making rules for bounties is important. For example, such as requiring kyc for bounty registration. But don't make the rules too strict. Rules must be made more flexible so that the bounty and ico can work better together.

Where there are no rules, anarchy prevails. In crypto, bounty managers have to be very strict because the scammers are getting more sophisticated by the day. I'm all in support of KYCs, proof of authentication posts, etc just to sanitize the bounty.
-
In bitcointalk we can find that there are many such bounty manager there but I don't think here it is the same because this one is new.Concerning reading that is the problem of many bounty hunters and by this they ask in telegram group repeatedly.
-
of course yes, to avoidung cheaters and multiers, strict rules also make a bounty on track in my opinion, because if theres no rules, bountiers maybe just spamming to getting stakes

Well in my part it is really needed to have strict rules in bounty specially through making post, because some other bounty hunters really didn't make their post good or maybe meaningful just to reach the minimum amount of post required on bounty campaign.
-
Strict rules are important in order to reduce the number of fraudsters, as mentioned above. But these rules are negotiated in advance, and not at the end of the bounty.

Proof of identification posts are very much needed and I am sick and tired of bounty thieves and scammers trying hard to steal both my Husband's and my identities and content, which we work hard to produce and provide. This week we have wasted over 5 hours combined reporting scammers who have been awarded stakes instead of us and US labeled as the scammers, despite my husband having his ETH address in all his descriptions in the videos, so why don't the bounty managers check the proof of identity posts and eth addresses? I had to get my other half to make a PROOF OF IDENTITY VIDEO to put now in all his proof of authentication posts because we are fed up with these Vietnamese thieves, as there is a Vietnamese mafia going around stealing our work and even making telegram i.ds with our names and pictures lol, it's a joke. Why do these scammers work so hard to steal our work, instead of working to produce their own shit?
-
Yes, for me it is needed. In order to avoid fake accounts who want to join the bounty campaign, they end up running away suddenly. I think it's a good and wise action from the Bounty Manager to be more tightened in order to be more orderly.
-
Yes, I also like that now many bounty managers request the Proof of Authentication. This is very good, as there are fewer scams.
-
Unfortunately it is... why is that humans can't behave? why there is the need to create a tighter set of rules because people always want to be smarter than the others?? Unfortunately some people just have no respect for other people and slowly drive us to an over controlled environment.
The scammers should be dealt with harshly and blocked immediately both on the bounty and on the forum...
-
Certainly, but this is contrary to the nature of the market.People need to analyze these campaign owners well and if they trust them, they need to participate in campaigns. This is based on both luck and knowledge.
-
Rules must be made more flexible so that gifts and ico can work better together. I think making rules for gifts is important. For example, such as requiring kyc to register bounty. But don't make the rules too strict.
-
with strict rules I think it is fair for the bounties, with strict regulations there are still many who use multi accounts, it should be , in addition to the rules there must be additional rules namely KYC so that for multiple accounts will be reduced
-
Strict rules is a must in terms of making everything better and all is in order. The details is necessary to make everything accordingly.
-
the rule in a bounty is an important thing. if we do not obey it or don't know about it then we will not get the paid. and our efforts in working on the bounties are futile.

Yes, that's very important to the campaign to monitor the duplicate account and I agree to that rules implemented to avoid spamming and also to get more investor, because I've just notice last year there's more Ico success in their project, but now only few are success because of more project are scam.
-
Actually for the rules in various Bounty that are different. Depends on the Project, namely the Bounty Manager in making good rules. But in my opinion, if the bounty rules were tightened, it would be good, so there were no bully accounts that entered and followed the bounty campaign and suddenly the account died. On the other hand, it will also burden new users who want to follow it. What is clear is the right of the Bounty Manager to go and succeed in the Project.
-
new and safer regulations are needed in the bounty, all of this is to avoid those who use multiple accounts that make other people not get slots to join the bounty. but in my opinion the rules for the bounty should not need to use kyc because this is too much. maybe there are other ways to prevent cheating, kyc is effective but in my opinion it's too much for bounty hunters
-
I have similar experience, someone using try stealing ny reward and his/her account is named like vietnam people, i dunno it is real or fake vietnam, in other side distribution team should be very carefully before sending someone reward
-
A good point for bounty participants is to read the rules before joining. Make sure the bounty project that you are participating in has good quality by looking at the ICO project that was developed.
-
Yes, it is important for the bounties to have stricter rules and bounty hunters must read these rules first before joining the bounties. Having stricter rules will help both the bounty and the hunters to avoid those scammers and those with multiple accounts that keep on joining in the bounties. It is also the duty of the hunters to read the rules and follow them to get stakes.
-
Yeah its totally needed, in order to avoid multiple account joining in campaign, since there were so many member here who had an alt account. That's why there are some project who need to pass kyc.
-
There are many bounty hunters who have multi bitcointalk accounts and they are abusing bounty campaigns with thse accounts. And I think that bounty managers cant defeat this fight, there is no way how to stop this.
