Can you explain why the ico project takes a long time to register their project on the exchange? I think the final goal of investors is to wait for their time to be listed on the exchange. I'm not sure there are investors who can wait until 1 or 2 years of the ico project without an exchange. You cannot blame the bounty participants if they ask when the exchange. They also need payment for their work.
