Almost all cryptocurrencies announce that they use the blockchian , but I think that many of them don't need the blockchain .
Have you ever come across any project that uess the blockchain while it doesn't need it ?

Well the main draw of crypto is the blockchain technology behind it in my opinion.  I'd say 90% of these projects would fail without the decentralization aspect.  With decentralization, everything is protected.  I guess I just disagree with what you said.

Why they include blockchain in the project if they really don't need it.

Having an ICO is a pretty good way to generate starting funds to get their project underway, and having tokens that people can hold onto is similar to stocks.  This makes it really easy for anyone to invest in a project they really feel has a future, even if blockchain isn't a necessary aspect of it.
