Title: A large part of the bounty Scam

I can say 100% that 60% of all bounty is a Scam. The reward for them is either given and the tokens will lie on your wallet forever or do not give at all. Then what's the point of doing this ?

the most visible is we observe from the liveliness of the team. If the team is active in updating information about the project, then this is not a scam. But if the team's difficult once contacted, even project also did not develop, then this could be a sign that the scam.
