Title: Punishment for ICO scams!

Hi, everybody. Faced with a lot of fraudulent projects that collected money and quietly left. What sanctions and penalties are applied to them? If you know something, tell us, many will be very interesting to hear)

There is currently no regulation in terms of penalties for the ico scam project. it is the risk of users and investors. there has been an appeal from the government, crypto is an investment that has a high risk.
