Title: Where do you store your tokens?
Post by: HawkEye on September 22, 2018, 03:07:49 PM
Hey guys, where do you store your tokens? On your ethereum wallet or on an exchange, or maybe you store your tokens somewhere else? Give me some recommendations, where my tokens will be in complete safety?

It is better to store your tokens on wallets that you have full control (you have access to your private keys). That counts centralized exchanges out. I think the best ones for storage or long term keep are hardware wallets such as Nano Ledger.

My dominant asset is the erc20 token. so I have a wallet recommendation for my crypto assets. I use imtoken and metamask. it's very easy and safe to use.

All my earned tokens from participating in bounty campaigns is currently hold at MEW Myetherwallet because i believe this is very safe to hold for long term compare to an exchange market due to ramphant scamming or hacking activity.

I was using myetherwallet until 1 or 2 months ago, but the gas price was high and there were a lot of bugs. That's why I'm using metamask
