I will choose among the altcoins listed. I think personally. Altcoins that have the best technology and also have great opportunities to advance and develop in the future are Ethereum and Litecoin. They are a row of coins that I believe to date and prioritize. At the moment I'm still wondering between EOS and NEO. I think both this coins have very good technology, although ETH is the best altcoin at the moment but I think it's too old and its technology as well. EOS and NEO are new coins but seem like they have very great technology for example NEO blockchain is being used to develop new ICO projects like ETH blockchain but a little bit better.

The altcoins that probably has and offers one of the best technology out there would probably be ETH and NEO, with a very low transaction fee, and smooth transactions that would only take seconds, I think that ETH has one of the most advanced platforms in the market right now, and NEO's transaction speed and fee as well, both altcoins are the platforms in the market that I think has the best technology as of now.

Even though isn't have a best technology but at least is supported by its owners and developers which is the most important for a certain coin to grow and survive from crisis. That's why a lot of coins become dead because of of that.
