Bitcoin To Drop As Low As $1000 This Year, Wall Street CIO Predicts
"I wouldn't be surprised if over the next year it's down to $1,000 to $3,000,"

Is this going to be real or not ?

Everything is possibile , like when BITCOIN in the past fell from 1000$ to 100$ but I'm quite confident that BITCOIN is one of very few coin that will survive with a high probability in long future so I'm happy to still hold them.
