Title: Can CCX really help manage bounties as they claim?

Just heard about CCX and read about how it'll be managing bounties making it easy for bounty hunters.
What are your thoughts?

I have been doing twitter bounties on the site for about a week now. No results or response yet, but those bounties are still open.
Coti / SafeHarbor / Giftcoin.

We shall see after the campaign closes if it worked for me.

The site seems unmanned at the moment. Needs some refreshing.

I registered two bounties to confirm this.  Let's hope everything ends up well. It's still a young project.
