If i was scammed a big amount of cryptocurrency, or even hacked by a professional cyber thief, to whom i would get help for? Im sure many of us get scammed by fake ICOs who are just existed for other peoples money. Also, there are a lot who get hacked and all of their kept coins are stolen. How can we have a justice through this? How can we caught the suspect?
