Yes, I think it too risky if you invest in the ICO now, even I would like to research anything about the project, like as the whitepaper, roadmap, team, and tracking their result in the internet, but I still have many time invested in the scam ICO, now I stop to invest in the ICO, and trading the exchange only.

I don't think all ICOs are scam, because there are still many ICOs that are legitimate right now. Not all Ico are scam but the problem is the coin value dropping below the ico price when listed on exchanges which makes some investors backing out of investing on icos again.

I would rather not take risks which are obviously very detrimental to me and everyone. But if you are brave and can convince yourself. What's wrong with investing in ICO even though there are many who are scams, If you know how to know and how to prevent it, it's fine for me to invest in an ICO.

We can study the project as much as we want, but it won't protect us from scams.
